1. About Us

Brown Muslim Fashion & Style (“BMFS”, “we”, “us”) is an online clothing store based in Ghana. By placing an order or using our website you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Ghana Cedis (₵) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• An order is only confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an email confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock or if fraudulent activity is detected. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Delivery

• Delivery fees are paid directly to the courier at your doorstep — they are not collected by BMFS.
• Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, and content on this website are owned by BMFS or our licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, BMFS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
