Our Policy

We want you to love your order. If something is wrong, we will make it right. Please read the conditions below so we can help you as quickly as possible.

We Accept Returns For

  • Wrong size delivered — if the size we sent does not match what you ordered.
  • Manufacturing defect — visible defect present at the time of delivery (e.g., damaged stitching, printing error).
  • Wrong item delivered — if you received a different product to what you ordered.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer at checkout.
  • Damage caused after delivery (washing, wearing, etc.).
  • Items that have been worn or washed.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@brownmuslimfashion.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order reference (found in your confirmation email), a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange for collection or ask you to drop the item off at a designated location.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack.
  • We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated. Processing time by your bank may vary.
  • Alternatively, we can offer a store credit or a replacement item — your choice.

Exchanges

We can exchange a defective or incorrect item for the correct product at no extra cost. Availability of the replacement item is subject to stock.
